The experience with this AAMCO was SUPERIOR. Mike was willing to look at my car to address the concerns I was experiencing to advise, very transparent and trustworthy. I had some clunking that was not normal and I was concerned the issue was going to be the transmission that was still under warranty with another location. I was skeptical to go to the previous location as I didn’t feel that I received personal care, therefore lacked the trust to go out of my way to return. I couldn’t be happier as a girl with mechanical knowledge but feel I often get “girl treatment”. I will definitely return for future car care. My car is back to where it should be, running smoothly, and I didn’t feel taken advantage of. I was offered a ride back to work while I left my car for service.
