My experience at AAMCO has been very pleasant to say the least. The Tech Edwin is very knowledgeable and gave me different options I could do for my budget. The manager Phillip was very empathetic to my needs and offered financing and other options. I felt very comfortable here with having Edwin and Phillip work on my car. They're very knowledgeable and experienced, and I'll continue bringing my car here. If you want good work and excellent customer service, this is the spot! Ask for Phil with the deals. By the way the took me no questions asked as a walk in! No appointment, I was very happy.
Great place people are on point come to find out I did not need a transmission just need it adjustment. Saved alot of money. Dealer wanted to charge me a arm and a leg. Thank you Aamco Downey for saving me money
Philip and Edwin were very professional, and they took very good care of my Mazda five. Any questions I had they answered and not once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. I didn’t have a way to get back home and they even offered to give me a ride!!! These guys were amazing and my Mazda five runs like it’s brand new.I will definitely be returning for any of my future car maintenance needs.
I was referred to Aamco today by my mechanic, whom I absolutely love and respect for his professionalism, knowledge and care of my vehicles. I received the same kind of professionalism, care and knowledgeable info from Phillip and Edwin today. Though I'm a female and possess a great deal of knowledge about cars, when they assessed my transmission needs, provided timely feedback and options, I knew they knew what they were talking about. Even though I chose not to get the work done today, I will not have my cars transmission serviced anywhere else than at 14708 Arrow Hwy in Fontana. It's a blessing to have been referred and found such an awesome team. These guys are the standard in today's world of auto services, along with my mechanic Omar at UK Automotive & Smog on Foothill. When you have a Transmission problem you seek out the "Professional" someone with experience to solve the conflict and get you back on the road with as little stress as possible. In my case I had an issue with the PCM (Power train Control Module (ECM) basically the brains of how and when the car shifts. Randall the store owner and his team collectively sought out in good faith to resolve my cars symptoms and get my 2010 Dodge Avenger back on the road. Trust me, "Not all stories have happy endings and though my particular problem was not related to the transmission and the pcm problem unresolved - the Owner (Randall) made me whole - meaning that after extensive manpower expended by the shop I left with my wallet in check. This speaks volumes to the integrity of the shop - something that money cant buy. You can put your trust and hard earned cash in getting your vehicle repaired at the AAMCO Fontana.
